We noticed families sitting in the same room but living in different digital worlds.  Even moments meant for rest or connection getting swallowed by notifications. This site was created as a gentle reset, not a lecture. A place to share ideas, tools, and inspiration that help people step away from their phones and back into real life. Whether that means getting outside, moving your body, playing a game at home, or just being present with the people around you.
